Delivery Information

We deliver to the UK (including Northern Ireland) via our delivery partner Royal Mail. Local DN22 6 & 7 postcodes will be fulfilled by ourselves.

CHRSTMAS DELIVERY CUT OFF DATES

• For STANDARD/ECONOMY - order cut off 3PM December 20th 
• For EXPRESS - Order cut off 3PM December 21st.

Orders placed after this can not be guaranteed for Christmas. Our last dispatch date before our Christmas break is Friday 22nd December. 

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3PM Mon - Fri the same day. Orders placed after 3PM will be dispatched the next day working day. Working days are Mon - Fri. If any unforeseen delays occur, you will be contacted. Delivery timescales apply from the day your order is dispatched and not the day of the order.

LOCAL COLLECTION & UK DELIVERY

We offer free same day (Mon - Sat) click & collect from our Retford (Nottinghamshire) shop. We are open for collections from 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday, Saturdays 9:00am - 5:00pm & Sundays 11:00am - 3:00pm. We deliver local orders on Mon, Wed & Fri. 

Rest of the UK delivery, free standard tracked UK delivery on all orders over £49.00. Excludes heavy bulky items and deliveries outside the UK. You will be made aware if your product(s) does not qualify for free delivery, in which case standard delivery charges apply.

DELIVERY COSTS

UK wide delivery costs:

• Economy RM Tracked (3-4 working days*) free on orders over £49.00
• Standard RM Tracked (2-3 working days*) £3.99 
• Express RM Tracked (1-2 working days*) £5.99 - or £1.99 for orders over £49.

Delivery lead times are from when your order is dispatched and not when your order is placed.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3:00PM Monday - Friday the same day, and at the latest within 1 working day. Our working days for online orders are Monday - Friday. This means an order placed after 3pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until Monday. 

*Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man and other remote locations: deliveries times may vary.

RETURNS

If after you receive your item(s) you decide you no longer want them, simply return them to us within 28 days of receipt to the address below. For returns after 28 days of receipt of the items store credit will be issued. 

The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Items that have been opened or have been damaged in your possession will not receive a full refund.

We recommend using any tracked delivery service as the item(s) remain your responsibility until they arrive back to us. Please check the size and weight of your items before sending. Please include a note with the reason for your return and your order number.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If the item you have received is faulty or damaged (please see below for definitions of damaged) then please contact us immediately and we will arrange return labels for you to use at your nearest parcel drop off point.

Damaged goods. All items are sold as new and unopened unless stated. An Item is only classed as damaged if the product inside is damaged and not the packaging itself. Whilst all items are picked and packed straight from the manufacturers cartons, minor damage (scuffs, bending or minor scratches) may occur to the products outer packaging. Products with major visible damage (tears, holes) will be sold as having damaged packaging.

PACKAGING & THE ENVIRONMENT

All toys (with the exception of plush & other small items) are delivered in boxes with extra protection added where need. To minimise waste we sometimes reuse manufactures boxes that are still in great condition.

If you are a "mint in box" collector please leave a comment in the additional comments box and we will give the packaging a once over.

All cardboard boxes are made from responsible sources and are FSC approved (please visit www.fsc.org for more information). Whenever possible, we strive to reuse boxes that we receive our products in and use them to package up your orders, which helps us to reduce our wastage and protect our planets natural resources. All boxes and filler packaging is recyclable.
