Q. Are you based in the UK and how long will my order take to arrive?

A. We are based in Retford, Nottinghamshire in the UK. That is also the location of our shop. Orders placed before 2PM Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2PM are dispatched the next working day, which means orders placed after 2PM on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday. 

Our delivery partner is Royal Mail and the estimated delivery time from dispatch is shown at the time of ordering. For express this is 1-2 days (the majority delivered next day) and standard is 2-3 days (may be slightly longer during busy periods) All parcels are fully tracked. 

Q. I would like to visit your shop, when is it open?

A. Unfortunately our shop has now closed but you can still purchase from our website for home delivery.

Q. Can I order online and collect from your shop?

A. We are no longer offer click and collect. All orders are now home delivery only.
