Q. Are you based in the UK and how long will my order take to arrive?

A. We are based in Retford, Nottinghamshire in the UK. That is also the location of our shop. Orders placed before 3PM Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3PM are dispatched the next working day, which means orders placed after 3PM on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday. 

Our delivery partner is Royal Mail and the estimated delivery time from dispatch is shown at the time of ordering. For express this is 1-2 days (the majority delivered next day) and standard is 2-3 days (may be slightly longer during busy periods) All parcels are fully tracked. 

Q. I would like to visit your shop, when is it open?

A. Our shop is located on Bridgegate, Retford, DN22 6AJ. We are open 6 days a week, from 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Saturday. Closed on Sundays.

Q. Can I order online and collect from your shop?

A. Of course, when placing an order online just choose Click & Collect as the delivery country, you can then collect your order anytime during our normal opening hours. 

Q. If an item is showing as available on the website does that mean it is available in-store?

A. Yes that is correct. Our stock is the same for both in-store and online, so that means if it is available on the website it is currently available in-store. Stock levels are updated in real time so you will always see the most accurate information.

Q. I see you have a Loyalty Reward Programme, can I earn points in store? 

A. You can earn reward point with your customer account with every purchase online or in our shop. If shopping in-store just let us know your email so we can assign your purchase to your account. You can check and redeem points whilst logged into your account on our website.

Q. Do I need to earn a minimum amount of points before I can redeem?

A. Yes, you need to have at least a minimum of 100 points before you can redeem. Points are not earned on delivery costs.
