The Backwards Game - Party Board Game

Two teams battle for glory in a game that would be ridiculously simple… if it wasn’t all BACKWARDS! First, split into two equal teams. At the start, each team creates a secret five letter word e.g. BREAD, which they write backwards on their Backwards board. Cover each letter up with a mystery card.

There are 5 types of cards for players to take on. Doing each of these tasks should be simple when doing them forwards, but doing the backwards is a lot more challenging.

Players select which card they’re going to play on their turn by rolling a dice… the sixth side gives them a free guess of a letter on their opponent's backwards board!

Once the team has rolled the dice, the team playing has 30 seconds to whizz through as many backwards clue cards as possible.

The next team takes a turn and so on… The winning team is the first to correctly guess the rival team’s secret word and says it forwards!
